Joining your organization on Jibble

Create an account and join your organization to start tracking time in Jibble

Jibble is a time tracking software for organizations to track time for attendance and productivity. To start tracking time and understand your data, follow these steps to join your team.

❗️ Important: You can only create an account to join your organization if your manager has sent you an invite via a link, email or SMS. If you have not received an invite, talk to your manager.

  1. Check your messaging apps for an invitation link to join Jibble

  2. Tap on the link

  3. If you’re accessing the link on a mobile device, you can proceed by downloading the app

  4. Enter a password and enter any additional detailsAccepting invite to join organization via link

  5. Click on the Create Account button

  6. You’re all set – welcome to Jibble!

How to join via email invite

  1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder!) for an invitation to join Jibble

  2. In the email, click on the Join Now button (Invitation expires in 14 days)Email Invitation to join organization

  3. Enter a password and enter any additional detailsAccepting invite to join organization via email

  4. Click on the Join button

  5. You’re all set – welcome to Jibble!

How to join via SMS invite

  1. Check your SMS app on your mobile device for an invitation to join Jibble

  2. In the SMS, tap on the link (Invitation expires in 1 day)

  3. You can proceed by downloading the app

  4. Enter a password and enter any additional detailsAccepting invite to join organization via SMS

  5. Click on the Next button

  6. You’re all set – welcome to Jibble!

Note: If the invitation link has expired before you accept it, talk to your manager and request for them to resend an invite.
